INSTITUT DE L’ENGAGEMENT
Institut de l’Engagement ("commitment institute") targets young people ("graduates") identified during a general public interest assignment on the basis of their potential and commitment and the interest of their project for the future. Regardless of their educational or social baggage, the organization helps them to accomplish their project consistent with their strong potential through training, job seeking and the creation of business activity.
Using an innovative method, Institut de l’Engagement promotes these skills and qualities, which are not always recognized by conventional pathways to higher education or employment. It also responds to the needs of educational institutions, companies, organizations and incubators looking to diversify their recruitment without compromising on their requirements and reach out to young people excluded from traditional "sectors of excellence".
The Groupe SEB Fund is proud to have joined forces with Institut de l’Engagement by funding the 2017 class of graduates in the South West region.
