LA RÉGIE RURALE DU PLATEAU
La Régie Rurale du Plateau organization works toward professional integration through activities fulfilling the needs of the region (green space maintenance, organic market gardening, restoration of dry stone walls).
The growing success of vegetable baskets has revealed the need to improve working conditions and the quality of the baskets delivered. Based on the research of an ergonomist, the employees on integration programs and the technical supervisors of La Régie Rurale du Plateau have identified the investments needed to optimize working methods and prevent risks linked to movement and posture.
In 2015, the Groupe SEB Fund financed part of the work to redevelop the vegetable basket workshop. The Fund's support, along with that of the ARACT regional organization for the improvement of working conditions, has enabled La Régie Rurale du Plateau to improve the workplace health and safety of employees on integration programs.
