Groupe SEB is pleased to announce the acqusition of the Swiss company Swizzz Prozzz, which specializes in mini hand choppers with high-performance multi-blade systems.
Until now, Swizzz Prozzz products have been licensed via various kitchen utensil brands, enjoying great success; business represents proforma annual revenue of around €8 to 10 million.
Through this acquisition, Groupe SEB poursues its development in kitchen tools and utensils with simple, easy-to-use and affordable products, which are very complementary to its existing ranges.
