Following a year of shareholder tension with our Indian partner, which resulted in several months without any effective control of the business, Groupe SEB was restored by the High Court in Delhi in the general management of Maharaja Whiteline in July 2013. Since then, it has taken actions to relaunch the company’s operations – overhauling production, logistics and after-sales; introducing a new brand platform and strenghteing market dynamics via an ambitious product plan, with some twenty new products already launched by the end of 2013.
