Demonstrate our respect for everyone and our benefit to society on a daily basis
Because people are the driving force behind our organizations, respect for people has been firmly rooted in the Group's culture since its inception.
Respecting ethical principles internally and throughout our value chain (including with our suppliers) is therefore essential. For us, this respect encompasses both internal social responsibility for our employees and societal responsibility with the communities of our ecosystem.
We, therefore, make long-term commitments to employees through social policies of a good level and implement civic actions for the benefit of the territories in which we operate.
Respect for human rights and ethics is one of our major commitments. We apply the laws in force in each country in which we operate. In order to ensure compliance with ethical principles in line with our values, we have established a Code of Ethics that details the individual and collective rules that underpin our ethical approach. All our products must be produced under ethical conditions. We, therefore, require our suppliers to respect human rights and ethical, social and environmental principles. .
