LIFE PROJECT 4 YOUTH
of young people in extremely precarious situations and victims of exclusion in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) has created the Life Project Center in Ho Chi Minh City to take in young adults living under the poverty line and victims of exclusion and help them successfully integrate society.
The center supports twelve 17-24 year-olds in the integration process through the Professional Training for Entrepreneurs program, which comprises three main parts:</p>
The Groupe SEB Fund has helped to fund the project since its creation in 2013.
In December 2015, the young people from Lantern and Lights visited the plant of Asia Fan, a Groupe SEB subsidiary in Vietnam, to find out about its trades and organization. Following their visit, the young people took part in a marketing workshop organized by Asia Fan employees aimed at developing their skills and confidence in the production and sales of the lamps they create.
