The Croix-Rouge supports people in difficulty in emergency situations and endeavors to help each one establish the conditions for a dignified existence. To help these people access housing or a collective Croix-Rouge establishment in the best possible conditions, the Groupe SEB Foundation and the French Croix-Rouge have joined forces by implementing the "Welcome Pack" project.
Some 950 packs, consisting of basic everyday equipment including frying pans, sauce pans, kettles, coffee machines, irons and vacuum cleaners, were given to over 1,800 at 90 Croix-Rouge establishments in two years.
In all, nearly 7,000 products have been distributed through the partnership!
